NEFA Montage 1

On a wet March afternoon in the year 2000, a group of Fiero enthusiasts gathered together at Kick Hill Farm in Lebanon, CT to form the New England Fiero Association.

The New England Fiero Association is made up of men, women, and children who share the excitement that is the 1984 ~ 1988 Pontiac Fiero. Encompassing all six New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut), we enjoy our cars to the fullest throughout the year.

Members of the New England Fiero Association, or NEFA for short, attend numerous events, shows, cruses, destination meets, fall Leaf Peepers Tour, club meetings, and tech sessions around the country each year. We are always willing to talk about our little cars, and love correcting those who believe the myths that surround them.

Quick Fiero Facts:

  • Created as a commuter car to pass Pontiac brass.
  • Released to the public September 1983.
  • Over 300,000 were built.
  • Production ended August 1988.
  • Only two engines were offered in production but over twenty different types of engines have been retrofitted.
  • The Pegasus logo appears on the Fiero twice as many times as the names Pontiac or Fiero.
